The old bar, commercial kitchen and mature garden space are at the heart of the building leaving the rest as both a colorful & blank palette.

Our new studio locations at Friendly Place, Deptford built in the 1930s as a spice warehouse, this 7500 sq ft gem is set in its own private road, spread over four floors including the 1500sq ft roof top.

Sexy big kitchen, roof terrace, decaying conservatory, huge studio space, rock stars pad, bistro and a floor of industrial chic.

The building boasts full height roller shutter access, additional kitchenettes on each floor ample parking, cozy mature garden spaces and good transport links to Central and East London by road and rail.

Dalston heights

Dalston Heights sits on the top floor of a former cardboard box factory in Dalston, Hackney E8. 

The total floor area is 7200 sq ft split into two distinct working areas with a large make-up & styling room.  The spaces are filled with a collection of eclectic props and furniture which can be arranged to suit, dress it as you like. All the studios are available for film, stills, promotional events, weddings, launches, jiggles & jives.
